Our goal is that the DCPN, Digital Curation and Preservation Network, will be well established before the end of the EOSC EDEN and that it will outlive the project. Read more about the DCPN and its working groups here.
We invite DCPN members to our in-person meeting in Leuven, Belgium on 3-4 February 2027. Please plan to attend the entire programme. This will not be a hybrid event.
Attendance at this in-person meeting is not mandatory for (prospective) DCPN members, but this is a unique opportunity to meet, collaborate, and accelerate the three working groups. We have capacity to include approximately 45 participants at the in-person meeting of the DCPN. EOSC EDEN partners will assess all the applications in November 2026 and invite selected candidates to register for the in-person meeting. We are committed to including as many eligible participants as possible.
We are planning to take care of you for a few days, as long as you are able to pay for your own transportation costs to and from Leuven. If your application is accepted, EOSC EDEN will cover the cost of the following:
- up to 3 nights’ accommodation (with breakfast) at a prearranged hotel in Leuven, 2-5 February, 2027 (please indicate below how many nights you will require)
