RiuNet is the Institutional Repository of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, founded in 2008 and managed by the Library. Its objective is to provide online access to the scientific, academic, and corporate output of the university community in order to increase its visibility and make it accessible and preservable.
RiuNet is designed for the university community to archive its personal or institutional output in collections. These consist of different types of documents, such as learning objects (Polimedia, virtual laboratories, and teaching articles), doctoral theses, journal articles, maps, academic papers, creative works, heritage collections, teaching materials, multimedia, institutional output, electronic journals, and conference proceedings.
