Finnish Social Science Data Archive's mission is to actively curate and preserve digital data collected especially to study Finnish society, people and cultural phenomena in the long term. The FSD currently comprises of 41 800 data downloads and 398 000 variables. FSD’s basic operations include archiving and dissemination of research data for reuse, but they also offer several other types of services for researchers, students and everyone else interested in issues regarding research data.
