The Social Science Data Archive was established in 1997 as an organisational unit within the Institute of Social Sciences (ISS) at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. It is a national disciplinary data infrastructure whose mission is to provide data-related services in support of research, education and for the general public benefit.
The core of ADP's work is to ensure the existence of high quality data materials that are openly accessible to researchers and the wider public, thereby saving unnecessary duplication of new research data and improving the quality of knowledge.
