4TU.ResearchData is a research infrastructure, community and training provider whose mission is to enable researchers from science, engineering and design disciplines to make a global impact with research data and software. The main service is a trusted digital repository which supports Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR) data and software by offering curation, sharing, long-term access and preservation. The infrastructure on which the repository runs is available as Free and Open Source software, called Djehuty. The name Djehuty is derived from an ancient Egyptian king who is considered the inventor of writing. Their vision is to co-develop this software with our 4TU.ResearchData community of researchers and research support professionals, such as research software engineers and data managers.
