This is the third workshop in the SIG Legal Challenges series, part of the EU-funded FIDELIS project building a European network of Trustworthy Digital Repositories (TDRs).
Our first session (December 2025) mapped the legal challenges most commonly faced by TDRs across Europe — from copyright and IPR to GDPR compliance and legal interoperability. It also confirmed strong appetite for this community.
The second session (May 2026) dug into real-world practice, with a focus on how organisations actually handle rights management, documentation, and access conditions — including the unresolved parts.
Workshop 3 continues that conversation. The specific topic is still being shaped by the community and will be confirmed closer to the date.
