Introduction of the TTRAM matrix Webinar

4 April 2025 10:00–11:00
Virtual

Without a clear consensus on what constitutes a trustworthy digital repository (TDR), it becomes very difficult to assess whether a particular repository can be “trusted” or recommended. The FIDELIS project aims to support and guide repositories in achieving a TDR status.

The work will build on the Transparent Trustworthy Repository Attributes Matrix (TTRAM) which will act as a reference model for alignment and cooperation across the repositories in the Network and within EOSC.

The FIDELIS team held an introductory webinar on April 4th, 2025 to showcase the first draft of the TTRAM matrix. At the most simple and basic level this Transparent Trustworthy Repository Attributes Matrix (TTRAM) provides a structure and reference for the FIDELIS and EDEN projects and for the emerging FIDELIS network.

The matrix will support the project, network and wider EOSC stakeholders in :

  • Collecting information in a logical and reusable way,
  • Understanding the wide variety of types and practices across repositories,
  • Sharing structured information for consultation and use,
  • Designing and implementing a functional network of mutual support and aligned practice.
