The goal of the Finnish digital cultural heritage initiative (Digitaalinen kulttuuriperintömme) is to maintain the services that help improve the availability and digital preservation of information resources in Finland. The initiative promotes collaborative efforts between archives, libraries and museums, enhances their expertise, and improves the interoperability between different information and data systems. The initiative's annual Digime Seminar is a great opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the field. This year's event focuses on the synergies between artificial intelligence and cultural heritage, but also gives an overview to a few active international projects in general.
