Curation in the age of AI

2 November 2026 14:00–16:00
Online

For many repositories, curation is a core part of their activities. However, it requires expert knowledge and can be very labor intensive. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies have the potential to both improve curation practices and make them less labor intensive. Applications range from full curation pipelines without human intervention to support of AI in specific challenging or time-consuming tasks. In this webinar, a wide range of AI applications in several domains are discussed, including their technical and ethical limits.

Who should attend: repository managers, curators, data managers, technical developers, AI specialists and trainers.
